I was able to hold a 6ounce baby bottle and liquid formula inone pocket and then the other pocketheld my phone. It was comfortable totravel and I went from California toGeorgia and used the same to travelback home., got a lot of compliments bygirls and men's eyes lol also was able topull down the back part under my buttand go pee without having to undo mywhole dress since I was baby wearingmy baby through the whole travels wasa little tight stretching over the bum,but it's doable if needed
